Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligible items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and personal care goods are eligible under these same requirements unless otherwise excluded by the policy. Exclusions include perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards. Contact us about your specific item's eligibility.
Digital music and ebooks are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Muscle Faktor pays return shipping for accepted returns of eligible unused products and provides a prepaid return label. No restocking fee applies.
